i found his work to be very inspiring, the one that spoke to me the most was one of the lesser epic landscapes, an architectural photo of the Acoma Pueblo adobe house in New Mexico.
the thing that captures me with his work, is that he manages to capture light beautifully within a black and white composition.
i find it interesting, normally the mood that a black and white photo would move at-least for me is a more slightly more melancholic tone, but with Ansel Adams his photography has shown me that you can still bring a living world into black and white, which is what i especially found in the top photo, it captures the movement of clouds and nature its self.
